Spectator and Settlement

Spectator and Settlement is a photo project that explores the dynamic relationship between humans and the built environment. The project aims to capture the ways in which people interact with and inhabit urban landscapes, showcasing the diverse ways in which cities and settlements are experienced and transformed by their inhabitants.

The concept involves contrasting macro and micro perspectives, capturing a small manmade light source in the immediate settlement while looking at a larger collective light source in a distant settlement, as seen from the perspective of a spectator. The photographs are created using existing light sources and are portrayed as camera doodles
